Permtsvetmet is a leader in the
production of quality aluminum casting alloys in Russia. It is located
in the Urals, the heart of Russia's most industrialized region. This
ideal location minimizes the cost of scrap delivery, while the high
level of technology and minimal labor requirements provide the plant
with a significant advantage over other secondary aluminum facilities in
Russia. This allows Permtsvetmet to maintain a consistently low cost of
production. Expansion, upgrading, and renovation of the plant facilities
and equipment began in 1999. This has enabled the plant to extend alloy production and
improve its quality in order to remain at the forefront of alloy
technology. The final stage
of the plant modernization is completed in April of 2004 .
The actual production capacity will grow to about 42,000 mt a year. Using the
most advanced technology available Permtsvetmet has earned a reputation
for high quality and reliability.

UKRSPLAV
(URV)
Accomet is the
sales agent of Ukrsplav Ltd., which is one of the largest Ukrainian
secondary producers located in Donetsk. The plant is located in Donbass
region, which is the industrial center of Ukraine. The plant recycles
aluminum, copper, brass, and other non-ferrous scrap. Secondary aluminum
alloys are the main focus of the plant. Ukrsplav is in compliance with
European environmental regulations and is an ISO9002 certified
producer.
